Our product range includes liquid soap, toilet cleaner, liquid laundry detergent, car wash and wax, shampoo, bleach, fabric softener, shower gel, hair growth oil, organic hair food, dandruff defender, hair growth solution, and body moisturizing cream.
Why did you start this specific business?
I started Tinaglo Enterprise out of a passion to create affordable, high-quality personal care and household cleaning products that meet the daily needs of individuals and families, especially within our local communities. I recognized a gap in the market for reliable, locally made alternatives to imported brands, and saw an opportunity to contribute not just through manufacturing, but also by empowering others through skills training. This business allows me to combine innovation with impact – producing effective products while equipping others, especially youth and women, with practical, income-generating skills. My goal is to build a sustainable brand that uplifts lives, promotes hygiene and self-care, and fosters economic independence.”
What is the most important thing to you in your business?
The most important thing to me in my business is delivering consistent value-through quality, trust, and empowerment. At Tinaglo Enterprise, Iโm committed to producing safe, effective, and affordable products that genuinely meet the needs of our customers. Equally important is the opportunity to empower others through skills training and job creation. For me, success is not just measured in profits, but in the positive impact we make-on households through our products, and on individuals through the knowledge and opportunities we provide.”
What is your biggest challenge?
One of my biggest challenges has been scaling up production while maintaining consistent quality and meeting growing demand. As a sole proprietor, access to adequate funding, modern equipment, and reliable distribution channels can be limited. Additionally, raising awareness and competing with established brands in the market requires continuous marketing efforts and innovation. However, I see these challenges as opportunities for growth, and I remain committed to overcoming them through strategic partnerships, continuous learning, and reinvesting in the business.
Who is your ideal customer?
My ideal customer is a health-conscious and quality-driven individual or household that values affordable, effective, and locally made personal care and cleaning products. This includes working professionals, parents, small business owners (such as salons, boutiques, car wash operators, and guest houses), as well as institutions that prioritize hygiene, grooming, and environmental responsibility. They appreciate consistency, are loyal to brands that deliver value, and are open to supporting homegrown enterprises like Tinaglo Enterprise that combine product excellence with community empowerment.
What is your main goal for the next year?
My main goal for the next year is to scale up production and expand the reach of Tinaglo Enterprise by securing the necessary equipment, improving packaging, and strengthening our distribution channels. I also aim to formalize our training programs to empower more individuals-especially women and youth-with practical skills in product formulation and small-scale manufacturing. Ultimately, I want to position Tinaglo as a trusted household name both locally and beyond, while building a sustainable model that combines product excellence with social impact.
